Ashley Chapa-Tribble

Ashley brings over 10 years of industry experience and a strong client-side perspective from managing operations at an engineering firm. At OAS, she helps clients align ERP systems with business goals through efficient, cross-departmental collaboration.

Ashley’s drive for progress and problem-solving helps OAS clients achieve efficiency and process optimization. She builds strong, collaborative partnerships, believing client success is a direct reflection of OAS’s success.  

Originally from South Texas, Ashley now lives in Northeast Arkansas with her husband, Eric, and their four children: Kaylee, Jaxon, Soleil, and Sorren. Outside of work, she enjoys vegging with Eric, playing tennis, watching sports, gaming, and growing her shoe collection. Her family describes her as goofy and smart, and she credits her journey to Eric’s love and support.
