Ashley enjoys getting to the root of complex business challenges and finding practical solutions that make day-to-day operations more efficient. Her experience across business development, operations, marketing, and organizational growth gives her a unique perspective on how strategy, people, processes, and technology work together to help A/E firms operate more effectively and achieve their goals.
Favorite Aspect of Being Part of the OAS Team - Being part of a team that brings practical solutions to real business challenges. OAS has a unique ability to look beyond the software or accounting issue and understand what is really happening within a business. I enjoy working alongside a team that genuinely cares about helping A/E firms become more efficient, organized, and positioned for growth.
Proudest Accomplishment at OAS - Helping bring my experience from the leadership side of A/E firms to the OAS team. I understand the challenges that come with growth and change because I have been in the room making those decisions. Being able to use that perspective to connect with firm leaders, identify their challenges, and help them find better ways to operate has been incredibly rewarding.
Motivation - I enjoy asking the questions that get beneath the surface of a problem, finding the root cause, and developing practical solutions that actually work. I especially enjoy helping organizations navigate change and turn big-picture goals into improvements that make a difference in the day-to-day.
Personal Interests and Hobbies - Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, being outdoors, and discovering new places. I’m always up for an adventure and enjoy experiences that get me out of my normal routine.
Fun Facts - I’ve scored a hole-in-one! It’s one of those moments you never forget and definitely a fun story to have in my back pocket.
