As President and Founder of OAS, Mary leads the company’s strategic vision while remaining actively involved in client relationships and service delivery.
With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, consulting, and business operations, including extensive experience serving AEC firms, Mary brings a unique combination of industry knowledge and practical expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College.
Having worked within AEC firms before becoming a consultant, Mary understands the challenges her clients face and is passionate about helping them improve processes, strengthen financial performance, and achieve their business goals.

Personal Interests and Hobbies: Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, reading good books, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Fun Facts: As a child, Mary dreamed of becoming a dancer and even imagined herself performing on Broadway one day! She had the memorable experience of meeting Michael Jordan, whom she found to be just as inspiring off the court as on it.
