Paul E. Natalizio IV

Vice-President

Favorite Aspect of Being Part of the OAS Team: For much of my career, I worked independently on projects without the support of a team. However, working alongside Mary and Martha, we’ve been able to thoughtfully build a strong team. I truly appreciate the collaborative spirit here, where everyone is eager to help, share ideas, and support one another, creating an amazing working environment.

Proudest Accomplishment at OAS: My proudest accomplishment is working alongside Mary for the past 13 years to help build OAS into the successful organization it is today. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with many of our clients, and it's incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact we've had on each one.

Motivation: I’m motivated by continuous learning and growth. I enjoy the challenge of tackling difficult questions and client requests, always striving to learn something new each day.

Personal Interests and Hobbies: When I’m not working, I stay busy keeping up with my wife and two boys. I also dedicate time to volunteering with various local charitable and professional organizations, taking on roles such as Chair/President, Treasurer, featured speaker, committee member, and day-of-event volunteer.

Fun Facts: I spent 2 weeks in China for an international business course to complete my MBA.

Additional: I’m grateful for my colleagues and partners at OAS for their contributions to the company’s success. Their dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit are unmatched.
