This dashboard is designed to be an internal reference for your team, including Unanet tips and tricks, and standard recurring tasks lists that you can adapt and export.

This is a platform that can be adjusted to any needs for capturing and displaying an audit log of changes made to various data. This tool can also be used to track the time certain actions take in the system, for example, dashboard loading times.

This dashboard mimics the approval applet, but allows users to view the information more similarly to the timesheet view. It also displays both regular and OT hours separately.

Users enter a percentage of each project expected to be billed for each month, and then this dashboard reflects the entered projections.

This dashboard is designed for accounting staff to view expense reports that have been approved by the supervisor. It displays the main header of the expense sheet with details below. Functionality can be included that allows users to make minor changes before completing the accounting approval. Accounting staff can approve and post to the employee reimbursables journal directly from this dashboard. If there are multiple org units in the system, accounting staff can also select which employee payable account, and which clearing account, should be assigned.

In Unanet AE, a different invoice design is required for every variation of the following:
Number of levels on the project
Level of the project where the contract lives
Level of the project where the revenue should be posted
Level of the project that you'd like to display on the invoice
Post revenue to specific Org Units
This greatly limits a user's flexibility when creating and managing new projects. Additionally, it means there are a lot of variables that can accidentally affect the project's invoicing to work correctly including making sure that you have the correct invoice template attached to the project. Managing multiple invoice templates and ensuring the one selected will bill as intended can be tedious and confusing.
This invoicing solution allows for one invoice template to be used on any project, regardless of the billing type (TM, NTE, FF, etc.), contract level, print level, and post level.

This tool is an additional tab in the Projects applet. It can be utilized to eliminate the repetitive right clicks done to adjust Contract Levels/Caps, Invoice Filters, Rate Schedules, etc.
