Benefit Accrual Set-up

This Lunch & Learn, led by Mary Boyd with OAS, provided an overview of configuring and managing benefit accruals in Unanet AE, covering vacation, sick leave, PTO, and key policy considerations. The session reviewed accrual schedules, eligibility rules, employee-specific exceptions, and best practices for aligning system configuration with company policies and payroll processes.

The presentation concluded with a Q&A covering topics such as part-time employee accruals, payroll integration, preventing employees from exceeding available balances, and customizing reports and dashboards.

Mary also demonstrated the Time Off Management Dashboard for requesting and approving leave.
